NOT SURE WHAT TO EXPECT?
What can I expect for my first class? Arrive about 15 minutes early so that the instructor is able to on-board you without delay and give you guidance on what to expect for the class.
What do I wear to class? Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely or relax comfortably. Avoid jeans and anything that restrict movement and flow.
What do I bring to class? Just bring yourself! We’re a full-service studio which means we have everything you need for an enjoyable class. This includes: blocks, mats, cushions, bolsters, eye pillows, blankets, meditation chairs, and straps. If you have a favourite mat, you’re welcome to bring to class.
What if this is my first yoga class? No problem. When you contact us we will walk you through the schedule and ensure you feel confident and ready with a class that meets your needs.
What if I have an injury? Please ensure that you contact us ahead of time so that we can guide you to the appropriate class and ensure we can make it a great experience.
Where do I go to sign up? You can click the link here to download our app and sign up in a few easy steps. You’ll be able to browse classes with ease, and sign up and check out all the new things happening at Bethany Lee Yoga and Wellness.
What class would you suggest if I just wanted to drop in? Great question and it will differ for each person. If you’re new, we suggest the Slow Flow or Breath, Align ad Explore. If you’re comfortable with downdog, try our Muscle Melt Flow or our Mindful and Strong class to get a sense of what works for you. from there we can walk through the schedule and make sure you’re feeling comfortable.
What forms of payment do we accept? We accept debit and credit for our classes, and if you prefer we also do cash transactions.
What if I signed up and I’m unable to make it to class? If you’re unable to make it to class, no problem. Be sure to cancel eight hours in advance so that we know and we can add the next customer on the wait list into class.
Do you offer private sessions? Yes! We know it can be intimidating walking into a class for the first time. So we have a private session option as well as an Intro to Yoga and Meditation Package for those looking to learn the foundations of breathwork, alignment, and mediation one-on-one before entering our small-class training.
