Unlimited yoga and meditation for one week for $49.99
Meditation and Motion We begin with a relaxing meditation to calm the body and mind and focus on our breath. The second half of the class allows us to gently connect our breath to a soft flow, on hands and knees, to open and lubricate joint hips and shoulders increasing mobility and working on softening fascia. This is a very gentle class and requires no standing. Leave feeling peaceful and relaxed.
Candlelight Spa Restorative Yin Unwind your tension surrounded by candlelight and nature in this restorative practice. Rest your mind as your body relaxes in still poses and your rest-and- digest system activates to heal the body and mind.

What can I expect for my first class? Arrive about 10 minutes early so that the instructor is able to on-board you without delay and give you guidance on what to expect for the class. Be sure to check out our FAQ’s for additional info on a safe visit during COVID-19.
What do I wear to class? Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely or relax comfortably. Avoid jeans and anything that restrict movement and flow.
What do I bring to class? If you don’t already have a mat, you can purchase one in studio when you arrive. Or feel free to bring any props you may have. We use a variety of tools, depending on the class and will guide through to ensure you feel confident.
What if this is my first yoga class? No problem. When you contact us we will walk you through the schedule and ensure you feel confident and ready with a class that meets your needs.
What if I have an injury? Please ensure that you contact us ahead of time so that we can guide you to the appropriate class and ensure we can make it a great experience.
