Even with NO experience to just a little, we have a wide variety of beginner practices from our most meditative and relaxing restorative flows to our soothing Vinyasa and Ashtanga flows – we’ve created practices that’ll keep you healthy, happy and learning more about yourself and your body. It just requires you to set aside 15-30 minutes each day for you, and you alone. So find your quiet space, grab a mat, a blanket, some cushions, and press play.
