We're having our second Tweens March Break Camp!
Have the kids enjoy a nature walk through The Gardens, Yoga, Meditation and Journalling. We'll create our very own soap from scratch -- 100% botanical and clean ingredients! The kids will learn all about essential oils and all the healing benefits for sleep, digestion, and relaxation. In addition, they will learn about base oils and what makes a botanical soap. Plus we'll have a workshop on how to create your own therapeutic essential oil roller to take home.
All food will be provided by our certified trained nutritionist. Two snacks, and lunch. The kids will get to learn all about healthy food choices and create their own mixes.
This is a fun-filled day for kids to learn, grow, and explore!
