Stephanie Juhasz
Stephanie is from a small farm in Caledon and currently lives in Guelph, working for the
Economics Department with the University of Guelph. Having being raised in a rural environment,
Stephanie is strong advocate for sustainable living. Furthermore, she enjoys being an active
member within her community, especially by sharing her love for yoga and meditation.
Stephanie began practicing yoga as means to slow down and recharge as a highly involved
university student. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016, Stephanie found her
yoga practice became a lifestyle. She earned her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training under the
traditional teachings and knowledge in 2018. Stephanie later went on to become a Yin Yoga certified
instructor in 2019 in Vancouver, BC with 50 hours of training. Stephanie has most recently finished
her Masters research project focused on the impact of mindfulness-based interventions for individual
and personal context organizational development.
Stephanie refers to her classes as moving meditations, syncing asana and mindfulness with breath
to allow students to grow stronger and promote acceptance both on and off the mat. She aims to
provide a traditional, non-judgmental teaching style with the philosophy that yoga is inclusive and
can be practiced by anybody in any body. With a passion for teaching mindful flows, Stephanie
looks forward to meeting you and growing your yoga practice.
