An RMT of 20 years, Julie was looking to expand her knowledge in remedial exercises to help her clients.
After taking a workshop using therapy balls for self-massage, and yoga to improve the health of the
musculature and joints, her interest peaked, and a passion ignited.
A recent yoga instructor graduate, Julie hopes to use her knowledge of yoga, massage and the body to
create unique classes building strength and mobility in joints and muscles of the body.
