Jenn Krul
Jen started her journey with yoga more than 15 years ago when her partner suggested she try a beginner yoga class to help relieve stress – she never looked back, taking as many classes as time allowed. Looking to deepen her practice, she completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training with Michelle Young, vinyasa yoga leader and yoga therapist. Jen continues to extend her yoga experience with courses and teachings focused on yoga for anxiety and stress management.
When she’s not on her mat, Jen spends her time creating better digital experiences in healthcare and teaching user experience design to students at Wilfrid Laurier University. You can also find her meandering in nature and spending time with her partner and two kids in beautiful Elora.
Jen values creativity, authenticity, and accessibility in her practices. A designer at heart, she always brings a smile to class and takes care to create positive, safe, and enjoyable experiences for all class attendees. She enjoys helping others find mind-body connection and balance in their lives and looks forward to working with you.
