Most studios answer that with a full room, a fast flow and a teacher at the front who never sees you. You spend the hour copying the person in front of you and leave not sure you did any of it right.
Those are exactly the people Bethany built her studio for. This Saturday, the first class is on us.
The free class is built for anyone carrying a busy week in their shoulders. Here is what happens from the moment you walk in.
Bethany meets you, shows you around, sets up your mat and tells you what the hour will look like. Nobody is left guessing.
Steady movement and breathing that settles the mind. Every pose is explained before you do it, with a version that works for your body today.
With ten students or fewer, your teacher comes to your mat. A hand on your hip, a word in your ear, one small change that makes the pose finally make sense.
The class closes with a few minutes to lie back, breathe and let the week go. Most people say this is the part they did not know they needed.
“Her client focused approach is encouraging and supportive, providing 1:1 attention each practice to ensure correct posture in poses, deepen stretches and relieve tension.”
Jessica F. · Google reviewThis class is saved for newcomers who have been meaning to start a practice and want to do it properly this time. There is nothing to pay and nothing to bring but yourself. Spots go in order of sign-up, and once ten are taken the class is full.
“Bethany is very patient and gently explains each move and pose so well that you can just follow along without looking up, but shows up quietly by your side if you do need a little help.”
“I must admit I was very nervous of starting yoga as I'm uncoordinated! But I was hoping this would help my stiffness. Well, Bethany was just the person to make this work for me.”
“I walked into my first yoga class with Bethany about a year ago. With no experience, I was a little apprehensive trying something new. Her studio quickly became a sanctuary for me!”
“Non-competitive and welcomes all levels with no judgement. The space feels clean, cozy and serene with hanging plants, candles and dimmed lighting. Highly recommend!”

“I traded my heels, corporate suits and high-stress career for yoga pants and messy buns. I'm so happy I made the jump.”
I earned my 200 hour certification in Puerto Rico studying precision based practices, then trained in Yin Yoga and traditional Chinese medicine in Mexico, and in acupressure, healing and anatomy in New York.
The studio on Industrial Drive is small on purpose. We offer yoga, meditation, restorative classes and now Pilates, and every class stays personal. I would rather you leave your first class knowing exactly how one pose should feel in your body than sweat through forty you cannot repeat.
Leave your name and number in the form. No card, no payment, no app to download.
